SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Every time you place an order, you can choose one of the three available delivery methods. The delivery cost is added to the order value. 
  2. Your items ship as their production is finished, which usually does not exceed 4 weeks from the date we receive all of the orders from your school or university. The production is provided by our partnering polish sewing factory.

PICKUP POINTS

  1. Instead of having a package delivered to your home address, you can select a Pickup Point location at your school or university and pick up your package in person. There is no transaction fee associated with shipping to a Pickup Point. 
  2. Pickup Points are operated by your’s school or university Representatives (usually Students’ Union members), a third party not affiliated with Rascal Industry.
  3. When your package is ready to be picked up, you’ll be informed by the Representatives. The message will also include the address and opening times for your selected location.
  4. To retrieve your package, you’ll need the order confirmation from Rascal Industry (either printed out or displayed on your phone) and identification that matches the name that you selected during checkout. The identification should be a government-issued photo I.D. (ID card, passport, school/university ID card).
  5. If you need to have someone else pick up your package, be sure to contact the Representatives beforehand.
  6. All packages delivered to Pickup Points must be picked up within the time frame determined by the Representatives, no later than 30 days after the delivery.
  7. The Representatives also inform about the actions that will be undertaken if your package isn’t picked up within that time frame.

PAYMENTS

From 2018-04-18 19:13:00

  1. A payment must be made immiedately, no later that one day after placing an order.
     
  2. Transfer to the Seller’s bank account held with ING Bank Śląski with number: 52 1050 1445 1000 0090 8065 6243
     
  3. Payment is regarded as done when either approved by the payment operator or processed and visible in our banking account. If approved, we immidately accept the order, sending order approval to your e-mail adress.
     
  4. If the payment is not approved on a determined before date of orders collection, it is automatically cancelled and not sent to further realization phases.
     
  5. Payment returns and refunds are processed the same way the payment was placed unless we receive a clear approval of using other methods that come without additional fees.
